History and Origin:

Philadelphus are a genus of plants, native to North and Central America, Asia and Europe. The are commonly known as ‘mock orange’. The genus name was given in honour of the Ancient Egyptian King, Ptolemy ll Philadelphus.

About:

Philadelphus or the more commonly known ‘Mock Orange’ are exquisite deciduous shrubs with simple leaves and fragrant bowl-shaped flowers which form a cluster effect or solitary racemes during the summer period. ‘Mock Orange’ depicts the glorious light citrus scent that floats across your garden with the breeze.
