Osmunda is a genus within the Osmundaceae family.
Osmunda are deciduous ferns, better suited to damp conditions. They fashion erect slender arching fronds that will often change colour during the autumn to reflect that gorgeous shades and tones of the season. Osmunda are best suited to flower beds and borders within an informal or wildflower meadow. You should expect to see Osmunda grow to an approximate height of 2.5 metres (8’) and a spread of 1 metre (3’).
