Tell Me More...
For a long-lasting, bold display of flowers, try the resolutely cheerful Petunia ‘Surfinia Blue Vein’. Large, trumpet-shaped blooms cover this cascading plant from late spring right through until autumn, with each flower displaying pale lilac petals and a deep purple throat. Widely agreed to be among the best trailing petunias, the Surfinia Series are vigorous and free flowering, with excellent resistance to the effects of heavy rain. Additionally, its naturally branching habit results in dense growth, perfect for hanging baskets, window boxes or tumbling over walls. Prefers well-draining soil in full sun, with shelter from strong winds. H&S: 40cm x 90cm. Petunias are half-hardy perennials originating from South America, usually grown as annuals in frost-prone areas. Deadhead regularly to further prolong the flowering period.
