If, for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, just return it to us within 21 days.
We promise to exchange the item or return the price you paid for the item in full. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Hayloft Plants will not agree to refunding the costs of returning the parcel to us.
For all orders, there will be a postage charge of £6.95, however many collections you wish to order, (unless specified otherwise on some advertisements).
For unusually heavy or bulky items we sometimes may need to charge more for P&P. This will be clearly displayed on the product information page showing the price you should expect to pay.
We deliver to all of our customers within the UK including the Highlands and Islands for just £6.95 per order.
Your order will be confirmed by email and each item ordered will have an individual delivery date. Your items will arrive before the dates given unless Mother Nature lends a hand by providing unseasonable weather. On these rare occasions we would update you by email.
Items may be sent together, individually or a mix of the two depending on the individual delivery dates and our final quality inspection.
